My Christmas was amazing. I was delighted with dr.pepper chapsticks and two huge packaged sharpie sets. My wishes are simple. My desires are childish (the grown up way of saying weird or cheap). I wasn’t expecting much, but then it happened. My request… the not-so-subtle-hint dropping was noted and with the lights of heaven shining down upon the ticket, I like a modern day Charlie Bucket, grew with an overwhelming sense “I can’t believe it’s happening to me” TICKETS to see Bill Cosby in concert. As if that wasn’t awesome enough, the gift included a few good friends, an agreement to all sport our ugliest sweaters and home made pudding pop earrings. (Yeah, home made.. won’t find that at Tiffany’s this season. We checked.) I’m pretty stoked. Our hopes are that we will stand out enough to get some attention. If I can meet the man, who like Jim Henson, instilled/inspired/encouraged me to love education, family and good comedic timing… well that will just be a bonus.
